Ha ha yeah I suppose, although Kurt who brought this recipe in, isn’t a chef. I think the more you do it the easier it gets. I made it at home with my boyfriend and let’s just say the first pizza we made had it’s issues due to some technical hitches with rolling the dough *cough*. I recommend rolling the dough on a paddle or the tray you intend to bake it on.
