Hi Isobel,
These really are delicious! I love to sprinkle a few pine nuts over when I make them. We do have an onion marmalade recipe here: http://ourkitchen.fisherpaykel.com/recipe/balsamic-onion-marmalade/ Alternatively to save time you could use a store bought product.
Happy baking! Lauren

Where do I find the Balsamcic Onion Marmalade. Do you have a recipie or is it a store bought product. The tarts sound lovely, and I and a real fan of goats cheese. Please advise, thanks, Isobel

I made this over the weekend and I think it turned out pretty good... well, suffice it to say that the tarts are no more... I used cow's milk feta rather than goat's cheese (but will invest in the latter the next time around), but it was really tasty anyway - tangy, salty, and sweet, it hit all the right spots! And I've got three small jars of the marmalade left for later! Thanks a lot for the recipe!

Nice work! A friend of ours just brought us some goats cheese from Paris so we'll probably give this a go. Your photos and food styling are beautiful by the way.
